Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In its original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at support@bellastropical.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your item back.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Simply:

This ensures you receive your replacement quickly while your return is processed.

Refunds
After receiving your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email photos to support@bellastropical.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right immediately.
