Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S. at this time.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Bella’s Tropical is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your order is lost in transit, please contact support@bellastropical.com, and we’ll help investigate.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. If you made a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it.
