Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Many of our pieces ship directly from our supply partners, which lets us offer a wide, curated selection at fair prices. Please allow:

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Bella’s Tropical is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your order seems lost in transit, please email support@bellastropical.com and we’ll help investigate.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you made a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it.
