Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Many of our pieces ship directly from our supply partners, which lets us offer a wider selection at fair prices. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only. We can't ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the U.S. at this time.
I'm packing for a trip. Will it arrive in time?
Allow up to about two weeks from the day you order. If you're cutting it close, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Returns and exchanges
What's your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging with tags, and with proof of purchase. Email us to start a return and we'll send a prepaid return label. Final sale items, gift cards, custom items and earrings can't be returned. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Email us to start a return, then place a new order for the size or color you want. That gets the new piece to you fastest.
When will I get my refund?
Within 10 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
My order arrived damaged or wrong.
We're sorry. Email photos to support@bellastropical.com within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Sizing and fit
How do your sizes run?
Most of our clothing follows the same pattern: S is about a US 4, M a 6–8, L a 10–12, XL a 14 and 2XL a 16. Every product page has its own measurement chart, so check it before you order. See our Size Guide for how to measure.
Do you carry larger sizes?
Many styles go to 2XL, and some cover-ups go up to 5XL. Look for the size buttons on each product page.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay, which also lets you pay in installments.

Where are you located?
Bella's Tropical is a small, family-run boutique in Palm City on Florida's Treasure Coast. Every piece is chosen by our founder, Ruth, for warm-weather days from Palm Beach to the Bahamas.
